Finance Manager - Physician Enterprise
Description:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Responsible for managing the financial analysis and planning functions within the Physician Enterprise. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing and monitoring business case development, variance analysis, department level budgets, measurement and tracking of new initiatives, and labor analysis. Works collaboratively with entity department leaders and other Finance areas to develop and deliver management reports and meaning insights from data to further decision making.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, or business related field is required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) of progressive work experience in a Finance role, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment, is required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance or a closely related field is preferred.
