Polysomnography Tech, PRN, Nights

JOB PURPOSE:
Independently performing all aspects of diagnostic testing and record scoring of data to ensure a high degree of quality services. Helps less experienced technologists with tasks as needed or as requested by the Polysomnography Coordinator, Director of Neurology Services, or Medical Director.

Required Hours: 7pm-7am, minimum requirement for PRN is 2 shifts per 6 week schedule.

The position will be for both locations Atlanta & Austell.

High school graduate or equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1-3 years experience in Polysomnography, EEG, or Respiratory Therapy. Other health related experience might qualify.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Registered by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Some college coursework in basic science of sleep medicine preferred.
